“I lost myself for years! I became someone that I didn’t want to be, and couldn’t see my way out! Luckily I have a supportive family, who stood by me. I have been in recovery for 9 years now, and during that time have dedicated my career to working and supporting addicts in residential clinics. I moved to Lichfield 3 years ago, and was shocked by the lack of local services. So when the opportunity arose to become a Trustee of Better Way Recovery I jumped at the chance. I am so passionate about recovery. There is nothing more special for me than seeing someone who is lost and broken come back to life! Which is what I believe Betterway Recovery will bring to Lichfield.”
